-Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Nathan (James Lafferty) spent last year learning to co-exist as estranged brothers, rivals, and teammates. Nathan watched his parents' marriage dissolve and shocked the town by tying the knot with Haley (Bethany Joy Lenz), Lucas' closest confidant.

Former best friends Peyton (Hilarie Burton) and Brooke (Sophia Bush) hope to mend their fractured relationship, while Lucas' mother must choose between her feelings for his uncle and Peyton's father. Uncertainty lingers, and the web of entanglements will only continue to thicken this season as new characters are introduced and more secrets are uncovered. There's only one Tree Hill. - from The WB

-This year the high school characters are juniors.

Episode #201- The Desperate Kingdom of Love:

-Two new characters will be joinging the cast, siblings Freddy, a latino swinger, and Emily, a sporty latina. Michael Copon has been cast as Freddy.

-We will be meeting Haley's parents, but supposedly it's in a flashback scene that would have occured in the season finale's timeframe. The actress playing Haley's mother is Bess Armstrong.

-The Nathan/Haley marriage is NOT a dream. - BTS

-Huey Lewis, the singer, will supposedly join the cast. - BTS

-A scene is being shot in the hospital. I don't know who it is, but considering the finale, I'd have to guess Whitey.

-There's also a rumor that scenes were shot at a funeral home, speculate at your own will.

-It's also been rumored we get to see the wedding in a flashback.

***-Some revisions were just made to the episode called "You Can't Always Get What You Want." It's the episode with Andy the teacher and Karen.
Lucas and Dan are talking. It's unclear if Lucas is pushing Dan in his wheelchair or if they're just walking together. They are either on a sidewalk or street, because Lucas states that they are going to the corner. It must be in the morning because Dan tells Lucas to get to school. Lucas tells Dan that Nathan is doing well and he's happy with Haley. Nathan is working at the dealership and so is Keith. I guess they are both taking over for Dan while he recovers.
There is another scene with some guy named Felix. Apparently he pulls his car into the high school parking lot and into Brooke's parking space and almost hits Lucas. Brooke pulls in at the same moment and she asks Lucas if he's okay. Brooke tells Lucas that she doesn't know the guy (Felix), but she saw him naked this morning. (the script says that part happened in the opening scene). Brooke asks Felix why he is there and she calls him the "pool boy." Felix makes a smart remark.

Unconfirmed Rumors:

-Two "after-the-fact" parties, a bachelor party for Nathan, and a bridal shower for Haley. Haley's is thrown by Peyton and Brooke. It sounds like Nathan's is thrown by Tim, and a stripper comes, but Tim didn't ask her to come, his brother did. Keep in mind these are just rumors based on sides for the part of the stripper, and the whole thing could be scrapped or edited before airing.

***In the promos for season 2, it looks like Dan is the one that dies. But, there have been unconfirmed rumors that Dan is not dead, and it is only a dream. Kristen from Eonline, says that Paul, who plays Dan, is not leaving the show, so we'll have to see that is all about.
